Subscription & Billing ### 3.1 Pricing Pricing is displayed on our website and is subject to change with 30 days' notice. Current pricing: - Monthly: $29.99/month - 6-Month: $149 ($24.83/month) - Annual: $249/year ($20.75/month) ### 3.2 Free Trial New users receive a 7-day free trial. After the trial ends, your subscription converts to a paid plan unless cancelled. ### 3.3 Billing & Payment - Billing occurs on the date you subscribe and on each anniversary thereafter - Payment is processed through Stripe - You authorize us to charge your payment method on file - Failed payments may result in account suspension ### 3.4 Subscription Changes You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. ### 3.5 Refunds We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you request a refund within 7 days of your first payment, we will refund the full amount. After 7 days, no refunds are available, but you can cancel your subscription. ## 4. Intellectual Property Rights ### 4.1 Our Content All content on the Service, including questions, rationales, coaching prompts, and design elements, is owned by Prep+ by LCSWvibes or licensed from third parties. This content is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. ### 4.2 Your Content You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service.
